Workshop has become known to be Charleston's very own exploratory food court where you can try new dishes at one of six rotating kitchens that house emerging and renowned chefs. In an airy space perfect for dining with friends, you can find anything from California street food to traditional Vietnamese dishes to a wine bar.
With a rotating set of kitchens, Workshop is always a new culinary adventure every time you visit. The high-end food court currently has a variety of different cuisines to choose from including Rebel Taqueria, Chuck & Patty's, Cafe Roux, Little Miss Ha, Sushi Wa Izakaya, Free Reign and Merrows Garden Bar. Whether you're looking for tacos, 90's inspired burgers, Cajun and Creole fare, traditional Vietnamese dishes, quality sushi and sake, wood-fired coastal cooking or wine to pair with your meal, Workshop is sure to have something to eat that's exciting and tasty for each person in your party.
Workshop is also taking part in holding several events throughout the year for the public while hosting six rotating kitchens. Events include a variety of choices: pop-ups to guest chefs, markets to cooking classes. Many of the events are free at Workshop like Pint Night, where $5 drafts are available at Merrow's Garden every Wednesday, and Jazzy Fridays, where local jazz, blues, and funk groups play at Workshop to kick off the weekend.
