Weathered Souls beer is made with local ingrediants and not mass-produced. They pride themselves on their old-school business and life philosophies. Simply put, if the beer is good enough, people will learn of it and check it out for themselves. Their sole form of advertising is by word of mouth—just like the owner's dad did. The Weathered Souls taproom and patio provide guests with a comfortable environment to enjoy their craft beers and delectable pub fare. New beers are introduced every Thursday, so it's wise to check their site to see what's currently available.
On the taproom list, beer lovers can enjoy classics, such as their Dalé Shine Mexican lager, Hardwood Classic German pilsner, MALTerial Girl blonde ale, and their DDH Rule 4080 Hazy Pale Ale hopped with Sabro, Citra, and Strata. Wethered Souls' Double Up IPA is an Imperial Oat IPA with Nelson and Citra hops coming in at a whopping 8.5% ABV. They also feature several West Coast beers, including West Coast IPA with Amarillo, made with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops, and West Coast DIPA, a double IPA made with Idaho 7, Vic Secret, and Citra hops.
Their menu consists of exceptionally unique items that have been created by a local food truck chef. These mouth-watering plates include Abby’s Red Wine Truffle Cheeseburger topped with house-smoked bacon, Boars Head semi-soft black truffle goat cheese, and red wine reduction on a bed of caramelized onions. They also offer a variety of flatbread pizzas, quesadillas, and nachos topped with homemade black beans, beer cheese queso, and several meat topping options.
