Vesta is known in the Las Vegas coffee scene for serving their own sourced and roasted beans, you can see the roastery and green storage area at the back of this cafe. The menu speaks for itself here. You can find $3 espressos, $3.25 macchiatos, and lattes for $4.50.
On the food menu, choices include the "everything" seasoned croissant with house-made Fromage blanc (kind of like an everything bagel with a croissant), a "milk & honey" tartine, their soup of the day with "cheesy toast dippers" and sandwiches like the egg salad and a "Hawaiian Benedict," created with easy egg, Spam, cheddar and Sriracha mayonnaise.
If you are looking for specialty drinks, you'll find a matcha latte and"Aztec hot chocolate a delight. The owner, Jerad Howard, shared in an interview that he used culinary-grade matcha, one of the highest grades available. The matcha latte is the most popular non-coffee drink at Vesta and is often made with house-made macadamia-almond milk.
For those hot Las Vegas summer days, Vesta has cold brew and nitro cold brew on tap. Vesta also offers some special lattes as well including a macadamia and almond latte and a golden milk latte with all sorts of spices and vanilla flavoring. Be sure to stop by Vesta Coffee Roasters for a delightful drink during your visit to Las Vegas!
