With an extensive menu of brews to choose from, Tumbleroot has separated its menu into ales, lagers, stouts/porters, and barrel-aged beers. The ale menu features beers like the Juicy IPA, Gose, Citra Pale Ale, Imperial Red Ale, Honey Hibiscus Wheat, and several others. The five included lagers are a big hit and include Oktoberfest, Maibock, and Winter Lager. Three different barrel-aged beers and three stout/porters round out the menu: a Smoked Imperial Porter, an Irish Stout, and an Orange Chocolate Stout.
All of Tumbleroot's spirits are made by hand with 100% organic ingredients—fully living up to the term "hand-crafted." Each of the spirits is distilled and aged in Tumbleroot's brewhouse and later flavored with only organic, garden-grown, and wild-harvested ingredients. With three vodkas, three gins, two rums, two agave spirits, and two whiskeys, your visit to Tumbleroot will be complete with any choice of spirit.
