At Times Ten Cellars, you can experience wine in a truly romantic and elegant setting. Among the candles, the chandeliers, and the warm tones, this is an Instagrammer’s paradise. Some of the dining and drinking areas have wine barrels right there on display, making for fun times as well as fun photos. They even have a patio, which is the perfect place to hang out on a cool desert night. The wine from Times Ten Cellars is made from a mix of Texas and California vineyards. After planting over 7,000 vines during April of 2004, they harvested their first crop in 2006. This has been the location of the winery for 15 years and it is perfect for growing wine. The Cathedral Mountain Vineyard is located in the desert mountains which has mineral-rich volcanic soil. This environment is perfect for the Spanish and Rhone-inspired wines that are popular at Times Ten.
Although they do not have regularly scheduled tours, there are still plenty of options to help you experience this unique cellar. If you are in a small group, you can go at any time to have a tasting at the bar. If you are in a larger group or if you want a more intimate experience, contact them ahead of time to arrange a private tasting. This allows you to take your time and to learn about each wine as you try it from the experts working there. Throughout the year, Times Ten Cellars holds several events that are perfect for photos. Some examples of events include things such as Barbeque’s, Pizza and Wine, and Wine Dinners.
