As if Spruce Street Harbor Park couldn't get any better, take a walk past the hub of the park and you'll find whimsical fairgrounds offering visitors roller skating, Ferris wheel rides, mini golf and a slew of carnival games. The Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest is open until the beginning of September, so be sure to visit before it closes for the winter!
