Rosina first opened almost 20 years ago and focuses on using the best ingredients possible. They source their ingredients from as close as Baltimore to as far as Italy. For perishable foods like fruits and vegetables, Rosina prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients purchased from local farmers.
Rosina is open for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast sandwiches include options like applewood smoked bacon, egg, and cheddar. If you're looking for something with a bit more of a kick, try the pepper ham, egg, pepper jack, and chipotle sauce sandwich. Rosina also has a selection of fresh bagels and all sorts of toppings, including peanut butter, roasted red pepper, and mozzarella.
Rosina also has custom batches of roasted coffee delivered each morning, so you can enjoy a nice latte, mocha, or cappuccino.
For lunch, Rosina has a wide variety of sandwiches available. Try the Traditional Italian, which has a variety of Italian meats and cheeses, chopped hot peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, oregano, and a red wine vinaigrette on an Italian ciabatta roll.
The fried chicken sandwich is also popular, which has lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on a ciabatta flatbread.
If you're trying to stay healthy, consider the "Health Sandwich," which has Havarti cheese with spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts, carrot, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and a honey mustard sauce on multigrain bread.
Rosina currently has two locations: one in downtown Baltimore and another in Fell's Point. The Fell's Point location is open from 7:30am–4pm, and the downtown location is open from 7am–3pm. Both stores are only open Tuesday–Friday, so be sure to plan ahead.
