Chef Ferrell is the creative drive behind the menu, which is completed by Ty's masterfully curated wine list. The duo puts a premium on detail, complexity and building a staff that continues to elevate Rooter & the Till.
Rooster & the Till opened in 2013 with only 37 seats. However, news about the place quickly spread and it almost doubled in size to the 72 seat restaurant it is today. Through the expansion, the team here has maintained its dedication to high-quality innovation and execution. They are consistently hailed by critics and visitors alike as the premier place for adventurous palates in Tampa. The menu is ever-changing and evolving and sources ingredients from local providers.
