Revolver Coffee thrives on a few simple pillars: consistency, a wide selection of coffee beans, and the passion to serve you the best cup of coffee and experience. Founded by George Giannakos and his family, Revolver Coffee officially opened in 2011 and has inspired praise ever since, winning Best Coffee House in 2015 from Vancouver Magazine's 26th Annual Restaurant Awards.
Revolver Coffee takes its craft seriously, using some of the best brewing equipment, such as the Aeropress and the Hario French Press, and glass instead of traditional ceramics. On its open 20-foot-long laboratory-style brewing bar, each cup is uniquely handcrafted to exceptional quality with transparency at the forefront of each process. The baristas measure extraction levels, weigh out coffee and water portions, and attentively maintain proper ratios to ensure consistency and quality in each cup of coffee.
The menu features several made-to-order, single-origin coffees from all over the world, with different types of beans roasted to fit your deepest coffee desires. The name Revolver comes from the fact that the cafe is continually rotating its selection of beans from many specialty roasters. Try coffee from all over North America and beyond, with each blend serving its own unique flavor. The menu is short and simple and changes seasonally. Try a baked good, sourced from Matchstick, to accompany your cup at this lively and energetic cafe.
At Revolver Coffee, they deliberately refrain from adding any additive flavorings to emphasize the pure, natural taste of each blend of coffee. All drinks are fresh and made to order!
