Pearl Brewery is a mixed-use space north of downtown San Antonio that offers a unique culinary experience and cultural destination. This location features shops, dining options, green space, a riverside amphitheater, and much more. Spend a day exploring all of the locales within this former brewery's historic buildings.
Originally a brewery operating from 1883 to 2001, Pearl is located within historic buildings that have been renovated with sustainable touches. This 22-acre site is home to the third campus of The Culinary Institute of America, the year-round Pearl Farmers Market, Hotel Emma, and its restaurant, Supper.
Gather your friends and try out one of many of the complex's restaurants for a fine dining experience and drinks to pair it with. Restaurants include La Gloria; Savor, from The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio; Blue Box Bar; Botika; the Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden; Cured; and Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery. If you're more in the mood for pastries, coffee, or a sweet treat, Pearl also houses Bakery Lorraine, Local Coffee, and Lick Honest Ice Creams.
Pearl is also known for its many shops. Find a new book to read at The Twig Book Shop, or shop for a new look at Adelante Boutique. In need of a bike? Bike World has plenty of options like Trek bicycles and a complete selection of Trek road and hybrid rental bikes. Pearl Brewery has all of the makings of a day full of exploring, tasting, and shopping during your stay in San Antonio.
