Here you can explore the captivating world of underwater life at America's newest aquarium. The OdySea Aquarium invites guests to learn about the habitats, food preferences, and more of creatures like their sharks, turtles, jellyfish, penguins, octopus, and others. Explore river life with the colorful and intriguing fish and critters that hang out in the fast-moving waters.
Wander through the Aqua Lobby featuring nine globe-shaped aquariums weighing over 1000 pounds each. Each globe is suspended from the ceiling for amazing viewing angles. And don’t forget to check out the giant martini glass shaped aquarium. Getting around the aquarium can even be fun via the submerged escalator that allows guests to descend deep into the ocean, surrounded by aquatic animals of various kinds. Plus, the bathrooms actually have viewing windows into the shark habitat for another mundane-turned-exciting opportunity for viewing the aquatic life you came to see.
Touch and feel stingrays in the Touch Pools, watch a 15-minute film in the Aquarium Theater, or enjoy the reef tanks in the Reef Jewels room where clownfish play. You can also take a walk along the SeaTREK underwater ocean trail. Explore the Living Sea Carousel that takes you through the Open Ocean exhibit, Sea Turtle, Sea Lion/Seal, and Shark exhibits. Overall, the aquarium houses more than 30,000 animals and 500 different species in the 50 exhibits.
