Hi! I'm Claire an avid traveler and Digital Nomad. At 34 I sold all my worldly possessions that wouldn’t fit into 3 boxes or in my backpack and hit the road.

New York Media Boat is a small tour company based close to the World Trade Centre in North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place. The tour will take you to over 40 sights and is fully narrated but an expert guide. It's a small tour as the boat only seats a handful of people and one of my favorite things about it is you can take as much time as you need to at each place to get photos. The guides go out of their way to help you get the perfect shots. If you are a photographer then this is the tour you NEED to do. There is no other place you can get the killer panoramic views of the NYC skyline than on the river. So many tours don't give you the time to photograph properly, not this one. Its no surprise really though as the founder is an Emmy-Award-nominated photojournalist!

TOP TIP: go on the 6 pm tour as the light is perfect and the last tour will have left the statue of liberty by the time you get to it so you can get amazing shots with no people in them!
