The NBC Tower was designed by Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and was completed in 1989. 

It is home to several radio stations and TV shows, Current occupants include "Judge Mathis" and "Steve Harvey." Past occupants included "Jenny Jones" and "Jerry Springer."

Art Deco style is characterized by the geometric arrangement of rectangular block forms. Parapets, spires, and towers are used to give character to flat roofs. 

The tower is 37 stories tall, a little more than half the size of 30 Rockefeller Center in New York City, the home of NBC's headquarters that inspired the design of the building.
