Ice cream lovers are treated to 10 immersive and innovative exhibitions about the creamy confection. Fan-favorite exhibitions include Marye's Diner, a pink throwback with a 70s classic twist; Dream; Rainbow Room, which serves as a tribute to the city's gay pride history; and a massive Sprinkle Pool. The annual holiday tradition of Pinkmas returns from November 8 – January 12. Embark on an adventure to the North Pole through immersive installations where visitors can craft ornaments and decorate MOIC Christmas trees. Best of all, sweet treats are available to taste and put visitors in the festive spirit.
No visit to the Museum of Ice Cream is complete without stopping at the Cafe. Delight in scoops of MOIC signature flavors served in cups or handmade waffle cones, as well as specialty milkshakes. The MOIC has debuted seven decadent flavors sourced with the finest ingredients around. Treat your tastebuds to gooey peanut butter and salted pretzels, juicy tropical mango, or swirls of rich dark chocolate and creamy vanilla ribbons, among others.
