Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, Miller Union brings the best of the Southern food. Steven Satterfield, the winner of the James Beard Award for Best Chef in 2017, brings to this place a unique touch with every single one of his creations. One of the favorite ones is the farm egg appetizer, bakes in a celery cream and served on grilled bread. For entrees, there is a delicious vegetable plate with tomatoes, basil, feta cheese, beets, and fried okra. Also, the confit rabbit leg with rabbit bacon is a wonderful choice. For dessert, the brown-butter bourbon cake with peanuts and banana ice cream is always a go-to.
But if you are wondering what kind of drinks they have, they definitely have a craft cocktail menu. Miller Thyme is a must- a sweet sip of gin that bears a floating sprig of fresh lemon thyme.
