Make It Good

Shawnimals is known for using simple shapes and vibrant colors to create adorable and distinctive characters. In this mural, he colors cubes, spheres, and a pyramid in different bright colors and adds facial expressions to them, which make them look human. Shawnimals pays attention to the spatial perspective. Instead of drawing all the characters at the same level, he depicts them layer by layer. What’s more, he expresses his good wishes and positive attitude to our communities, next generation, and the whole planet by adding conversations to the characters in the mural.

The Artist

Shawnimals is passionate about drawing. In the beginning, his doodles and drawings merely adorned the margins of his notepads in school. With accumulating practice and influence of pop culture, he established his own style, becoming the perfect mix of being iconic and recognizable. Shawnimals’ artworks and other handmade goods have been produced in the form of designer toys.

“Simply put, if I can make things that inspire and delight people, I'm doing it right.” —— Shawnimals
