Little Goat Diner

Little Goat Diner is the brainchild of Chef Stephanie Izard. She was born in Chicago and studied in the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. She returned to Chicago in 2000 when she worked at Vong, Spring and La Tache. She opened her first restaurant, Scylla, in 2004. She got the idea for her next restaurant after meeting members of the Boka Restaurant Group, which led to the opening of the Girl and the Goat. In a few years, Little Goat Diner opened in the West Loop as well. Girl & the Goat was nominated as the Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation in 2011. Little Goat Diner features Asian-Inspired cuisine and also has an impressive selection of breakfast items.
