Lincoln's Beard Brewing

The people at Lincoln's Beard Brewing like to see themselves as one big happy, weird, and creative family. Embracing the strange they proudly dub themselves the weirdest brewery in Florida. John Falco decided to open the brewery after 15 years of working in the Intelligence community. First-time brewmasters and the spirit of adventure that is embedded in the culture here is a recipe that has created some of South Florida's most interesting beers. Check out John Falco and the staff talk about the beer-making process...

Right now there are 12 beers made on-site at Lincoln's Beard Brewing but it is a diverse set of beers including a dry-hopped Belgian pale ale and a West Coast double IPA. One of the local favorites here is the Chet Tripel. The Chet Tripel separates itself from most American Tripels, it has the dry and spicy flavor profile of a classic Belgian Tripel. Another popular choice is the “Froc” Fabio Rollercoaster Catastrophe Blonde, a traditional full-flavored Blonde Ale with hints of biscuit. Going to the taproom at Lincoln's Beard Brewing is not just about the beer. Some of the best up and coming bands in the Miami music scene play here regularly and it is always a lively scene. Take a look at local band Lady and the Tramps perform at the brewery...

Lincoln's Beard Brewing has become a beloved craft beer creator and music venue in Miami. If you are in the area, swing by to grab a beer, and keep it weird.
