Lincoln Park Zoo is an excellent place to visit too see a large number of animal species and participate in the daily activities that are going on year-round.

The nature boardwalk along the pond is a beautiful way to relax and see some local plants and animals. The bike paths near the zoo can be a great way too see the city via the lake side trail. Don't have a bike with you? Rent one at any of the blue Divvy stations around Chicago.

If you stop by the zoo on a Chicago winter day make sure to check out the Conservatory! It is always warm inside and the growth is gorgeous!

You can also check out the Zoolights event in Late November, December and the first few days of January. On these evenings the zoo is decorated with holiday lights and visitors can enjoy the show.
