Le Macaron was founded by French mother-daughter duo Rosalie Guillem and Audrie Guillem-Saba, who wanted to treat the American palate to true French macarons. The bakery aims to provide “little luxuries that make people smile.”
Not to be confused with macaroons, the American coconut cookie, the classic French macaron is a small, round shell made from soft meringue and ground almonds. These shells are filled with chocolate ganache, pastry cream, fruit gams, or other fillings.
Along with its signature macarons, Le Macaron also offers gourmet chocolates, French gelato, classic French pastries, European style beverages, homemade candies, and sparkling wine. To view Le Macaron’s complete list of products, visit their official website.
