Located in Downtown Orlando, Lake Eola Park is a beautiful public park close to the Walt Disney Amphitheater on the west side and a Chinese pagoda on the east one. The park is surrounded by four streets: East Robinson Street, Rosalina Avenue, East Central Boulevard and North Eola Drive.
The lake is small but famous for its fountain that changes colors at night like on a light show. That might be the best time of the day to get a picture here because it is gorgeous the way the buildings reflect on the water. Also, on important celebrations like the 4th of July, this place is worth to visit because of the fireworks and the view of Orlando. The best way to capture a wonderful view is to rent a paddleboat that will show you Orlando's skyline.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing day to just wander around or a day to explore as much as you can, you will find this place beautiful. There is the Eola House that serves as a welcome center and it offers the tourists and the locals the chance to visit the gift shops, local restaurants to dine and the six sculptures installed. Make sure to look out for your favorite. With no doubt, you will find Instagrammable spots over here. Also, if you are interested in more things to do, there is the Farmer's Market that hosts vendors, a wine and beer garden, live entertainment and an outdoor dining area. On Sundays, it is pet-friendly in case you are wondering what to do with your pets!
