The first Hyde Beach locations opened in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The Miami location promises the same high-energy entertainment and world-class service to party-goers to this pool venue. High-end craft cocktails and a modern and fresh menu serve as the backdrop to this oceanfront venue, giving guests the opportunity to take in the views of Miami Beach via the indoor/outdoor space located at the SLS Hotel.
The artful mixology and Katsuya cuisine inspired by local South Florida gives guests a unique experience. With menu options including fresh fish, sushi rolls, and seasonal fruit and vegetable appetizers, you can feel like you are transported to the ultimate beach getaway. Sip on signature cocktails including the Melon on Fire made with Maestro Dobel Diamante tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, Serrano peppers, Simple Syrup, and basil. Or, try something more refreshing like the Cucumber Watermelon Margarita made with Casamigos Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, fresh watermelon juice, and fresh cucumber juice.
Hyde Beach throws a variety of events throughout the year, including holiday celebrations, pool parties, SLS Sundays, and Haus of Hyde, held every Friday featuring live performers, entertainment, and House music all night long. There is a strict dress code. For a Hyde Beach day party, swimwear is highly encouraged. For men, no speedos, but Euro shorts are okay. No jerseys, sportswear, etc. For women, bikinis, one-pieces, or other swimsuits and cover-ups are acceptable. For the night party, upscale club attire collared shirts/dress shoes for men, and avoid anything that can be considered sportswear. Upscale club attire is required for night parties for women. Buy tickets or reserve a table to see exclusive performers hosted during Haus of Hyde and on SLS Sundays. Hyde Beach is open Sunday-Saturday 11 a.m.- 2 a.m. and nightlife begins Thursday-Sunday 10 p.m.- 2 a.m.
