This well-marbled prime rib is carved tableside from stainless steel serving carts and served with a variety of delicious sides.
The Chef only selects the finest beef based on firmness, texture, color, and the presence of marbling. Their aging method is vigorously tested to produce the ultimate tenderness, and carving is done with precision. There are several cuts of beef to choose from including the City Cut, a smaller cut for the light appetite; the House of Prime Rib Cut, which is a hearty portion; the English thinner cut; and more. All Prime Rib dinners include the House's Salad Bowl which is prepared at the table and tossed in their house-made dressing. Sides include baked or mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, creamed spinach, and their fresh cream of Horseradish Sauce.
Their 50s era reminiscent Cocktail Lounge is a great place to start your meal; serving up classic cocktails such as the Green Apple Martini, Manhattan, Cosmopolitan, and a hefty wine list. The decor at the House of Prime Rib is English Style with a warm and cozy atmosphere, complete with fireplaces around the restaurant.
