With amazing prices and a slogan of "Every day is Record Store Day," Good Records is a staple in the Dallas community. The store has a warm atmosphere that is staffed by fellow music lovers who have called the record store a second home for years.
The store offers a pretty diverse selection, and visitors often report purchasing classic finds in their clearance section for only $10. The downstairs has almost all new vinyl and the store refuses to separate the records by genre, paying tribute to genre-busting bands and their eclectic variety of artists.
For over nearly 20 years, Good Records has operated in three different locations. The store is seen as much more than a place to buy records in Dallas. It is a space for music lovers to gather and share new bands and their personal record collections.

Visitors to the store often report run-ins with their favorite artists on account of the store's popular (and often times, free) live music events.
If you're smart enough to visit on your birthday, Good Records offers a Birthday Club for vinyl lovers, giving visitors a killer 20% on in-store or phone order. On Record Store Day, the store is known for throwing an incredible party which spills over into their (free!) parking lot.
