Ganache Bakery Cafe was founded in 2011 by good friends Joan Lewis and Jamal Lake, who met at the Florida Culinary Institute while studying International Baking and Pastry. The owners created a bakery to “provide their customers with the highest quality baked products, all made from scratch to order and using only the finest ingredients.” Joan and Jamal also hope to provide a unique experience through their creativity, honesty, and willingness to meet their customer’s needs.
When visiting Ganache Bakery Cafe, try a slice of one of their delicious cakes. We recommend the ganache cake, a chocolate cake with rich dark chocolate ganache, or the raspberry white chocolate ganache cake, a yellow cake with layers of raspberry filling and white chocolate ganache covered in buttercream.
The bakery has grown in popularity over the years and has been featured in the Palm Beach Post and participated in the Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival.
