“The Insider's Guide” Of Where To Go And What To Do In Chicago

Their motto of “we do entertainment right” is spot-on; every night is as lively as the night before.

With live music 7 nights a week and never a cover charge, what doesn’t it have to offer? Local talent and even nationally known artists have the chance to get up on stage at Gallery Cabaret for a modest crowd. Gallery Cabaret stages musical acts and has four comedy shows each week. Their open mics are pretty popular in the area and they host poetry nights as well. Their newest addition is a fun bingo night with piano accompaniment! If you’re in the city on a Sunday, patrons enjoy a free dinner buffet with a two-drink minimum.

The bar and music venue is located in Bucktown, right by the Western station on the blue line. The owners are always out and about and love seeing new faces. On the first Friday of every month, they have artist showings of murals.
