East of Atlanta, there is a trendy neighborhood that has become popular due to its nightlife vibe. If you like live music, this place is for you. Music venues are almost everywhere, from bars to outdoor festivals. Pubs like The Earl and the Basement at the Graveyard are great options to watch different performances. It doesn't matter which kind of music you are looking for, you will always find a fun spot! And you will also find a community that shares this interest with you and it is ready to show you around!
East Atlanta Village has a variety of things to do and explore. Joe's East Atlanta Coffee is a great option if you are looking for a quiet place to work from or even to chat with your friends. Also, there are tattoo shops, bike shops, cupcake bakeries, bars with inexpensive microbrews and public art everywhere. Living Walls and Outer Space have expanded the mural scene bringing a colorful and fun vibe to this neighborhood that you can't miss. If you wander around enough, you will see them covering the sides of local business and even on abandon buildings. You will find art by Shaun Thurston and Christopher Derek Bruno.

And if you are still looking for more things to do, a fun experience is to watch an Atlanta United Game at Midway Pub. Not a big deal if you didn't get tickets to the stadium, in fact here there is a whole community that gets together and watches soccer while having drinks and food. The beer cheese dip with tortilla chips is great!
