Downtown

Las Vegas has a wide variety of things to do but the most exciting part of town is definitely Downtown. Wherever you walk, you will see casinos, shopping malls, museums, and entertainment centers, illuminated by neon lights. Don't miss the opportunity to get a picture with Vegas Vic, the iconic neon sign of this area. It is a smiley forty feet tall cowboy that lit twenty-four hours a day.

If you like shopping, Container Park is where you should go. The mall is constructed from old shipping containers and the metal sculpture of a praying mantis at the entrance is very unique. It is an open place where you will be able to find retail outlets, watches, chocolates and of course, souvenirs to get to your friends and family.

And if you like adrenaline, don't forget to check the Slotzilla Zip Line. It runs over a third of a mile beneath the canopied ceiling of the entertainment center the Fremont Street Experience. You can either fly in a prone position or go for the seated ride. They are both really fun!

Surely, you will get hungry after all these fun experiences. Well, Oscar's Beef, Booze and Broads is an awesome place with a glass dome that was constructed in the 1970s. The menu offers a classic steakhouse and great martinis that you can´t miss! And if you are in the mood for drinks, then try The Laundry Room. It is a speakeasy located next door to Commonwealth Bar on Fremont Street. The secret entrance will take you an area with Prohibition-style decor, newspaper clippings on the walls and old wooden doors on the ceiling. Have fun exploring all their drinks options on their menu!
