As a winner of the best of Orlando for the past 14 years, Dechoes Resale has become the premier place to buy, sell, and trade high-end designer clothing. Dechoes was created by Kerri and Mike Colangelo in 2002 after they had been selling designer goods online on Auction Web. After making 100-200 sales a day, they decided it was time to expand their business to a brick and mortar store. Today, Dechoes has two locations that not only purchase high-end designer items but also vintage clothing, making it a truly unique shopping experience. Offering fair prices, Dechoes only accepts the best quality pieces, ensuring that shoppers get items that look like new. Additionally, they work to keep their clothing current, only accepting vintage 80's and 90's clothing that reflects current trends and bought in the last 2 years.
Anyone can sell their new or gently used designer and vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories to Dechoes as a walk-in to their College Park or Colonial stores 7 days a week from 12 p.m.- 5 p.m. Upon visiting the store, the trained buyers assess the item's resale value based on quality and value in the fashion industry. Appointments are needed for luxury designer pieces that require to be authenticated. Additionally, Dechoes is very brand specific, only accepting pieces from luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Prada.
Dechoes offers money or store credit upon the resale of items. The selling price for each piece is 50% for store credit and 35% for cash or check. Luxury items that can be priced at $100 or more will receive 60% store credit or 40% cash or check. However, consignment is offered on luxury brands such as Versace, Louis Vuitton, or Saint Laurent that value $300 or more. If you are a fashion lover looking to get a great deal on authentic designer pieces, Dechoes is a great stop in Orlando.
