The WLCC recently completed a conservation project for the Charleston Museum, the repair of an early 18th century ceramic vessel excavated from a house site in downtown Charleston.

The vessel had been previously restored and required the removal of old plaster repairs before it could be reconstructed.

The vessel will be on display in the Lowcountry History Hall soon. Go visit the Hall and see some of the earliest known artifacts related to the settlement of Charleston!
