Burnt Toast Inn

The Burnt Toast Inn is a small, family-owned and operated bed and breakfast established in 2004 in downtown Ann Arbor. They have two properties with eight beautifully appointed rooms. Guests may rent individual rooms or the whole houses.

The inn is three short blocks west of Main street in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor—walking distance from virtually everything this beautiful city has to offer! The Burnt Toast's breakfasts vary by day and season consisting of primarily organic, locally made and sourced food. Breads and pastries are from Crust Bakery, the freshly milled oatmeal is made at The Grainery in Kalamazoo, MI, and glass bottled milk is from Calder’s local dairy. Breakfasts can range from the simple, handmade granola and fresh yogurt, to homemade french toast or bagels and lox, as the season dictates.

Their second location, Washington House, on West Washington Street, is just two blocks away. It is a wonderful choice for whole-house rentals (weddings, corporate retreats, family reunions, football, etc.). It has many amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, backyard with bar and stage suitable for entertaining, and a large parking lot. University of Michigan parking lot is also available one block away for larger parties. Like the Burnt Toast Inn on West William, the Washington House is located in downtown Ann Arbor, walking distance to everything.

All rooms at the Burnt Toast Inn and Washington House enjoy antique furnishings, robes, slippers, yoga mats, an iron with ironing board, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. Guests can also take advantage of the Burnt Toast Inn's complimentary Wifi, parking, breakfast, snacks, and beverages.
