Black Bean Deli

Florida is famous for plenty of things, from its theme parks to its jungles and beaches. But anyone who cares to look past the surface will quickly discover that if you're in Florida, it is your personal responsibility to find some great Cuban food. Black Bean Deli is an all-day cafe with three locations that's been around for over 15 years, which is an eternity in the restaurant world. Their classic Cuban food is what makes this restaurant an Orlando staple.

That is in large part because of the sheer diversity of its menu. A place that succeeds in being all things to all people, Black Bean Deli is perfect for breakfast when people pop in for guava and cheese pastries and breakfast sandwiches to go with their morning coffee. But as the day goes on, the menu offerings expand to include classics like Cuban sandwiches, ropa vieja, and picadillo. Oh, and if you're a vegan or vegetarian, there's a vegetarian rice plate topped with their delicious black beans. Want to get a good sense of what it's like to eat there? Check out this video from Steph Weekend.

Want to try your hand at creating some of their cuisines yourself? Let Black Bean Deli help you out by picking up a loaf of their Cuban-style sandwich bread, and take home a piece of flan or tres leches cake to let someone special know you care. At Black Bean Deli, it's obvious that they put love into every bite.

Does it really get better than roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and mustard?
