The Times Square Alliance is proud to continue to work to improve and promote Times Square, so that it retains the creativity, energy and edge that have made it an icon for entertainment, culture and urban life for over a century.
Lidia Bastianich & her son, Joe, opened Becco in 1993.
Since then, it has been providing the New York community with outstanding service for over 20 years.
The name Becco is derived from the Italian verb:
Several food critiques have heralded their all-you-can-eat pasta menu as one that cannot be missed.
Mama Lidia has been asked about her recipes, sauces, and preparation techniques so frequently, she's quite literally written the book on Italian cooking.
Her book, "Celebrate Like an Italian: 200 Foolproof Recipes That Make Every Meal a Party" will bring Becco's family cooking right into your living room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Becco also plays host to holiday prix fixe menus (a New Yorker tradition), like their $45 PP four-course Easter menu.
Part of what makes it outstanding is the copious amount of good reviews. The latest? It was featured by DayumGoodEats.
