Looking for a unique and up-close perspective on wildlife for the kids? Then take this wild ride tour through one of the 10 best drive-through wildlife parks in North America. Just drive in with your car and make your way through the park to catch glimpses of some of North America's most exciting wildlife. As you wind your way through this stunning reserve, you'll see bears, elk, rocky mountain goats, burros, wolves, bison, sheep, and more. Just remember to keep your windows up, all pets secured, and obey the park rules for a safe, enjoyable encounter with some amazing critters.

You don’t have to drive only. You can also walk through the separate area designed for observation and engagement on foot. This section is located directly after the drive-through part of the park. Take a stroll along the winding walkways for up-close looks at more animals. Take a self-guided walking tour to see baby animals and smaller wildlife on exhibit. You’ll find interpretive signs along the way, explaining the animals and habitats. Go into the Mine Shaft that houses nocturnal animals and creepy crawlies, and the kindergarten bears not old enough to join the adult enclosure.

If you prefer an expert point of view, you can join one of the many Keeper Chats offered each day and learn more about the various species and how they live in the wild. You may encounter some fun animals along the way, including ferrets, prairie dogs, invertebrates, reptiles, and opossums. You can also get really up close and personal when you can visit the Bearzona petting zoo.
