The Dorrance Planetarium is the second planetarium in the world to have a laser system that has the largest variety of laser special effects that will put you in awe. The museum also has programs for all ages wanting to explore and learn hands-on. Visit the CREATE maker space featuring 3D printing, laser cutting, woodworking, and more. Looking for a more adult based event? The museum hosts an event called "Lasers & Liquor Nights" for adults 21+. Experience the state-of-the-art laser system for yourself with 14 mind-blowing special effects synced to music from Queen, Beyoncé, Beastie Boys, and AC/DC.
