The goal of the Andersonville Farmers' Market is to bring the freshest regional produce to the community. In fact, the organization strongly supports its local producers and farmers by promising that all products are made, raised or grown all within 200 miles of Andersonville. Following much success, this year the Andersonville Farmers' Market will celebrate 10 years of operation! At this particular market, you'll find live entertainment. The organizers encourage local singers and musicians to come out to perform in their outdoor space. Additionally, a variety of local vendors are selected every year to feature specialty items—organic juices, European artisan bread, grass-fed meats, and sustainably caught fish—just to name a few. Visitor information: The Andersonville Farmers' Market operates on Wednesdays on Berwyn Avenue between Clark and Ashland. It runs from May 8 to August 28, 3:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. and September 4 to October 16, 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. Link/Credit/Debit cards are all accepted.
