Located on the 20th floor of Le Méridien Denver Downtown, 54Thirty Rooftop is the highest open-air rooftop bar in the city. The bar welcomes travelers and locals to socialize, sip, soak up rays, or stargaze while enjoying craft cocktails and globally inspired bar bites.
The drink list is something to marvel at, with elevated cocktails such as the Prickly Pear Marg, Peppered Paloma, and one titled #thatviewthough. Even their bar bites are impressive: warm truffle chips, avocado hummus, BBQ pork pot stickers, spicy shrimp lettuce cups, and a guacamole special, just to name a few. With Denver's mild, dry weather, summer is a wonderful time to enjoy this bar and its magnificent view of the Rocky Mountains. Just so you don't get too much sun, the bar even sells sun relief, including hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses!
54Thirty Rooftop is open seasonally from May through December. Aside from their regular hours, the bar also holds weekly events, including DJ sessions, celebrations for full moons, and events for holidays, so be sure to check out the happenings before planning your trip! The bar can fill up quickly and although you might need to wait, the views, service, and atmosphere are definitely worth it.
