Not So Little House on Prairie

When most Chicagoans think of an elite historic neighborhood the Gold Coast comes to mind, thanks to Potter Palmer. But did you know there was a cluster of mansions that belonged to Chicago's most notable elite on the South Side? Once know as "Millionaire's Row," now known as the Prairie Avenue District, it was truly the original affluent neighborhood in Chicago. Take a walk through the neighborhood and see a few of the homes that remain.
