Fashion Model Classes for Pre-Teens to 27. Coaching Training Session with Top Models and Diaspora Showcase Team. The  9-weeks class at The Movement Culture Studio is segmented to 3 Levels ( 3 sessions per level) of 30 minutes of instructions and training for preteens and 45 minutes for all others. LEVEL 1. Discuss history of the fashion industry, individual model interests, competitions, such as IMTA and FORD Modeling Competitions, IMG annual fashion camp, Victoria Secret annual audition/casting, attending Agency Talent Scouting events, Catwalk opportunities in Fashion Shows, Editorial Shoot and Advertising campaign with photographers, audition and casting, in addition to low impact workout exercise sessions for conditioning and form, including dance classes. LEVEL 2. Training in perfecting proper posture and poise, through dance, drumming, and runway techniques. Photoshoot poses and facial expression practice.  LEVEL 3. Self confidence development, Catwalk practices and poses,  preparation for auditions and casting calls, developing your own online modeling portfolio including Hardcopy, composite card, following fashion event hashtag that are trending and how to post accordingly, and how to treat yourself as a brand. The class session will conclude with a photo shoot, and best practice in makeup application for women. FILM. Diaspora Showcase shall have the option to film/videotape any or all class sessions. THE TEAM ELVIA. Top Model and Diaspora Showcase Fashion Cover Girl from 2004 to 2006. Winner of the New York IMTA commercials award and runner up of IMTA runway catwalk. Modeled in the United States and Europe. DIASPORA SHOWCASE. Team has more than 25 years in the Fashion industry with auditions, casting, developing and producing high fashion and music shows, and fashion program magazines. Winner of the ADDY Awards in Advertising and Design Excellence. Other credits include production of ESSENCE MUSIC FESTIVAL and The ESSENCE Awards.
