Join Olympic swimmer Kim Vandenberg for a world-class core workout at the rooftop pool. This dry-land training session (no swimming, you’ll be on the pool deck only) derives its inspiration from the programs Olympic athletes use in training and features Kim’s favorite core moves and most trusted low-or-no equipment exercises. No swimming experience necessary. This is an all-levels workout to leave you feeling fierce, focused, and ready to stand atop an Olympic podium—or lounge at the rooftop pool for the day, and everything in between.
Katie Boren is a professional ballerina with the American Ballet Theatre in New York City and one of the muses of the wildly popular Ballerina Project. Formerly with the Boston Ballet, Katie will return to teach a special ballet-inspired workout at the rooftop pool. If you like barre, you will love this athletic-meets-artistic experience focusing on stability, core strength, balance, and coordination.
