Welcome to OJFit Bootcamp. Get involved and get a full body workout to jumpstart your morning!
During the Bootcamp, we will perform a vast amount of creative exercises that take you through various planes & ranges of motion to get the blood pumping and your muscles working.
Meet us at Franklin Park's grass field right next to White Stadium(directly next to the basketball courts).
All you need is some comfortable light fitness wear and a Yoga mat(optional).
All fitness levels are welcome. Ready to be challenged? Then come sign up and let's go!
FYI: PLEASE COME 10-15 mins EARLY! Bootcamp will START 9 am SHARP!
