More about dancing in heels:
This Series is led be Sass N Strut Founder and Creative Director-Serese, and in our 6+ weeks of time together, we are taking the time to provide a deeper understanding of Heels Technique. It’s definitely all about confidence, power and sass, but what’s so special about it on a more technical level?
Well..it’s about strength, alignment and length, and combines the background of ballet and jazz technique-but even more importantly-it’s about finding your center in a heel. Finding your center and keeping it strong and balanced, is going to allow you to create those beautiful lines, own your strut, and embody fierceness in your expression. And that’s what you want, right?
Don’t let the terminology intimidate you-this is a beginner friendly routine, and you can always start with a low heel. All are Welcome.
Studio Location: 2015 E. Riverside Dr. -- located in the same parking lot as Emo's. You can park anywhere in the complex behind or in front of Emo's. The studio entrance can sometimes be tricky to find because there is no suite number, but it is located directly behind Taco More and across the courtyard from Mud Puppies Pet Care. Look for the black TAPESTRY sign posted on the fence, then follow the rest of the signs to the front door :) We have also posted a visual guide in our "Studio Location" Highlight on our www.instagram.com/sassnstrut
